Converted into a Stub nib

Yesterday, I undertook the task of converting an unused fountain pen nib into a stub nib. Although the original nib was finely pointed, I was never fully satisfied with the pen’s performance, particularly its ink flow, which consistently presented challenges. It is likely that the design of the feed was the primary contributing factor.
Upon deciding to address these issues, I initially modified the nib into a stub version. However, this adjustment did not render it functional as a dip pen. Consequently, I proceeded to refine the feed by increasing the depth and width of the cuts to improve ink flow. After dedicating considerable time and effort to these modifications, the pen was successfully restored to a workable condition.
Today, I tested it as a dip pen, and it performed effectively. Using it, I created two quick sketches.
